The ease of use for taking and editing photos improves.

Digital movies are becoming more common.

A wider range of people is preparing Power Point slide shows.

Along this multimedia path there comes times when digital storage becomes a necessity.

A person will need to buy a storage unit to meet their current and future needs. Yet often while scaling this learning curve they find themselves in unfamiliar territory. So this blog is an initial effort to provide orientation to the typical sizes of files and capacities of storage devices.
